We have a specialist team who are expert at the removal of gypsies, itinerants and travellers from land. They have an unenviable record that they have never, EVER had to undertake a forcible removal.
We attend and discuss the situation with the travellers, normally with the man in charge of the group. That does not mean that we shirk our responsibilities.We realise that you want the travellers moved on quickly and that is what we do. They will be moved on, WITHOUT A FIGHT, within the 24 hour time period. Ensuring that they go by agreement can and will SAVE YOU or YOUR COMPANY a substantial amount in forced recovery costs.
OUR SERVICE
Our Certificated Bailiffs will attend on site immediately upon instruction, normally SAME DAY
They will serve the gypsies / travellers / itinerants with a 24 hour removal notice
They will agree a removal time with you the client and the travellers
They will ensure the travellers understand that they will be forcibly removed
They will distribute 'bin bags' for the travellers to tidy up the site
They can arrange security staff to ensure no further gypsies arrive on site
They will attend after 24 hours and ensure the removal of the travellers
We can also arrange to erect security fencing or concrete road blockers, and
cleaning up of the site
Costs
These vary dependant on the number of travellers and vans present. For small numbers we can arrange a fixed fee operation.
For larger numbers or unknown quantities we work on hours and mileage.
